For their development, these companies can rely on partners from three spheres:

• The scientific and academic world: universities and their specialist departments, academic chairs, higher education establishments, research centres, etc.
• Public bodies: public institutions with links to the cluster’s field of activity, whether they are cross-cutting, sectoral or thematic.
• Private organisations, some of which complete the value chain: federations and bodies representing businesses (chambers of commerce and industry, associations, etc.), promotional organisations (non-profit organisations promoting the area of activity, etc.), training organisations (skills centres, training institutes, etc.), funding organisations and business support organisations (incubators, coworking centres, start-up studios, generalist consultancies, experts and other businesses that complete the value chain in a given sector of interest for the cluster, etc.).
