Tictopia offers high-quality reconditioned IT equipment through accessible and responsible solutions, primarily for community, social and educational organisations. - IT equipment sales
Tictopia reconditions and resells a wide range of IT equipment (computers, smartphones, etc.) at affordable prices. Thanks to a dedicated website, students enjoy special conditions for access to high-performance equipment, while contributing to more sustainable consumption. - Leasing reconditioned equipment
Tictopia offers companies and social organisations the opportunity to lease reconditioned laptops through the Lease Circular programme. This service includes effective maintenance monitoring, fast remote intervention and a purchase option at the end of the contract, providing flexibility adapted to the needs of each organisation. - Repair and maintenance
The Tictopia workshop is equipped to extend the life of electronic equipment, dealing with both mechanical problems (keyboards, internal components, assemblies) and IT problems (operating systems, updates, data security). Thanks to their expertise, Tictopia’s technicians can:- diagnose and repair complex faults,
- optimise hardware and software performance,
- ensure that systems are kept up-to-date and secure so that devices can be used safely for longer.
- Initiation and training
To combat the digital divide, Tictopia organises training for individuals and professionals, covering a range of skill levels. The available topics include:- introduction to Microsoft Windows, Internet browsing,
- smartphone use, proficiency in Office tools.
This training, available on their or their customers’ premises, is designed to increase everyone’s digital autonomy.
- Collection centre
Tictopia is involved in the reconditioning of electronic devices by collecting used equipment from individuals and companies. These reconditioned devices are then redistributed to target groups (NPOs, PCSWs, schools, etc.), reinforcing the social impact of their approach.
