Founded in 2020, Step Belgium, which operates under the name “Cyclecure”, has developed a comprehensive range of repair, maintenance and refurbishment services for electric bikes and scooters, with the aim of significantly reducing the amount of waste generated by the disposal of these devices.

Products and services
Cyclecure aims to make repairs more affordable than buying new bikes or scooters. To achieve this, the company offers all possible solutions to its private customers. They can bring their electric bike or scooter to one of Cyclecure’s workshops in Brussels or Antwerp, or ask Cyclecure technicians to come and collect it, or opt for an in-home service.
Cyclecure has also designed services for the main players in urban mobility, including manufacturers, companies offering shared vehicles, retailers, public authorities, major corporations and even insurance companies. Cyclecure can take charge of the fleets managed by these different operators, with maintenance and repair service contracts tailored to each case.
Alongside these services, the company has developed a range of refurbished electric bikes and scooters.
