Presentation

Rotor DC, a standalone initiative of the nonprofit organisation ROTOR, is a cooperative specialized in the recovery and reuse of construction materials. Founded in Anderlecht (Brussels), it focuses on dismantling and selling finishing materials from large modern and contemporary buildings. Through a process of refurbishment and documentation, Rotor offers a wide selection of products ready for reuse, thus meeting the needs of building professionals and individuals.

Products & Services

RotorDC offers a wide range of materials recovered during demolition work, including tiles, natural stone coverings, sanitary ware, doors, hardware, lighting fixtures and furniture. Most of these materials are cleaned, refurbished, inspected, and meticulously documented.

More specifically, Rotor offers technical and industrial services such as tile cleaning (ceramic and cement), the rewiring of lighting fixtures to CE standards and the descaling of sanitary ware.

To promote the common practice of material reuse and make it beneficial for all stakeholders, RotorDC offers a physical deposit and sales location for second-hand construction materials. The company also offers refurbishment services for batches of materials that you want to reuse on their original site.
