Les ateliers de la rue Voot is a non-profit organisation founded in 1979. Its aim is to promote creativity through practical disciplines and artistic, craft, and technical training in a spirit of sustainable development, openness, and exchange.
The non-profit dedicates an increasing portion of its activities to promoting bicycle use and cyclist autonomy.

Les ateliers de la rue Voot offers a range of cycling-based services related to the circular economy.
The non-profit provides mechanical training for people to learn how to maintain and repair their bicycle using as many recycled parts as possible. It also offers two sessions on the construction or adaptation of a travel bike using to various formulas.
Since 2016, it has been offering a “bike for 10 years” for rent, allowing children from 4 years of age to always have a bike adapted to their size and needs. Since 2021, through the “solidarity bike” project, it has been refurbishing end-of-life bikes so it can offer them through social leasing. It also offers bikes for short medium or long-term rental.
Since 2019, it has been offering refurbished bikes for sale after 4 restoration workshops to give life to parts that would otherwise be recycled.
