Circlemade relies on an Advisory Board and a management team based at hub.brussels.
The governance
The management of the cluster is handled by the internal rules, which define the identity of members and partners, membership and exclusion criteria, the membership and exclusion process and the operation of the Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board is made up of members and partners. The cluster is run by a management team based at hub.brussels.
All member companies must sign the charter in which they undertake to participate actively in the life of the cluster and hub.brussels undertakes to provide 5 services to the cluster.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is an advisory body representing the interests of the cluster and its members. Its mission is to guide the development and evolution of the cluster’s activities. It directs the cluster’s development strategy and actions in order to support its members with a view to regional economic development.
Thanks to the diversity of its members, it enables the Brussels-Capital Region to draw on the needs on the ground to strengthen circular production activities.
The Advisory Board is made up of full members and partners, including businesses, academics, research centres and public institutions.

The management team
The cluster has no legal existence of its own and is financed entirely by public funds as part of hub.brussels’ missions. A team of 5.5 people from hub.brussels’ Coaching & Awareness department manages the coordination of the cluster and the concrete implementation of the action plan.
